Terms and Use

All propane customers can be charged a rental charge of $250.00 if no delivery for one year or the delivery is less than 80% of capacity in current year. Service calls Monday to Friday 8am to 3:30pm are $150.00 plus an hourly rate of $125.00. After hours or weekends start at $250.00 plus an hourly rate (hourly rate can vary). Delivery fees and surcharges all customer that do not pay their bills will incurs a 6% Finance charge per month. Delivery fees as of 01/01/21 will be $2.999 for each delivery. Britt and Graff is not responsible for any freeze ups do to your home for running out of fuel.

Limitations on Use

The Customer agrees that Britt and Graff is the only dealer to provide propane to the Customer under the rental agreement. The rented equipment can only be moved, handled or maintained by Britt and Graff. The Customer may not move the rented equipment to another location. The rented equipment must remain at the location where Britt and Graff installed it. The Customer agrees that if the Customer fails to follows these limitations, Britt and Graff will not be responsible for any damages.

Pump out of tanks

A Restocking Fee covers the labor cost required to disconnect and pump out any remaining propane from a Britt and Graff owned tank. Labor costs can vary by region and location.

Tank pick up fee

The Closeout Fee covers administrative activities and labor costs associated with closing a customer account, such as issuing the customer a refund, processing a final statement and picking up the tank upon termination of service. This fee varies depending on tank size and region. Tank fee can be up to $250.00.
